Intercampus photocopy service
This service applies only to items from Monash University Library
collections. Eligible requestors are Monash University
staff (including honorary staff), and, Monash
University students (including Open University Australia
students enrolled in Monash University course units).
Journals cannot be sent to another campus or lent on postal loan.
Instead, you may request a copy of one article per issue, or more
than one if the articles relate to the same subject matter. A chapter,
or 10%, of a book may be requested. Usually these take 3 working
days to arrive. Copies may be delivered:
- to Monash University email accounts
- by post
- by university internal mail

Procedure:
On campus undergraduates
- Fill in the paper form Undergraduate Intercampus Article
/ Chapter Request in the library and take it to the loans
desk
- Sign the copyright declaration on this form
- Pay for the photocopying. All charges, if any, must be paid
in advance
- Choose to have the document delivered electronically, or posted
Off-campus undergraduates
- Fill in the online
form
- Choose to have the copy delivered electronically, or posted
All postgraduates, honours and staff
- Fill in the appropriate form using the library catalogue
- No payment is necessary
- Choose to have the copy delivered electronically, or posted
- If you require more than one article from a journal volume,
please discuss your needs with your contact
librarian. In special cases, the whole of a journal volume
may be borrowed for a short period by staff and postgraduates.
