1. The maximum number of concurrent loans of CDs, DVDs and videos is eight, with two renewals
2. High demand items may have a restricted loan period of 7 days, overnight, or 3 hours
3. Art and Design journals can be borrowed by all patron groups (Caulfield items only)
4. Microform is not available for loan however, after consultation with the Senior Reference Librarian, some titles can be sent to another branch for use there or via the document delivery service.
5. 16mm film (motion picture) can only be used by Monash University academic staff for teaching purposes. A qualified projectionist is required for screenings
