Alumni registration

Borrowing rights to the libraries on any Monash University campus within Australia are available to all Monash graduates residing in Victoria at AU$55 per annum. Borrowing rights and access to a range of electronic databases are available at AU$110 per annum.

Choose a method:

1. Over the phone:
Make payment of the AU$55 or AU$110 library membership fee with credit card details (VISA and MasterCard only) +61 3 9905 9145.

2. Via the web:
Complete the online form. Payment of the AU$55 or AU$110 library membership fee can then be made by phoning the library on +61 3 9905 9145 with your credit card details (VISA and MasterCard only) or posting a cheque or money order to:

Australia
Your library card will then be mailed to you.

3. In person
Library membership can only be purchased in person from the Matheson Library, located at the Clayton campus. Alumni will need to visit the Library External Client Services Unit, located on the first floor of the library, which is open during business hours between Monday and Friday. Payment can be made by credit card, Eftpos or a cheque made out to 'Monash University Library'. Note: cash is not accepted.

4. Via fax:
Phone the library on +61 3 9905 9145 to have an application form mailed or faxed. You can then fax your application and credit card details to + 61 3 9905 1424. Once verification is completed your library card will be mailed to you.
