Results:
>    Compared to 2005: increased satisfaction with the Library (5.39/7 compared to 5.29/7)
>    Satisfaction rating compared to other university libraries: top 50%
>    Highest performing area: staff
>    Most improved area: staff
>    Lowest performing area: facilities and equipment but with improvement
>    Key issue: none of the 39 statements in the survey produced a statistically significant result that indicates an area where users consider the Library can improve. However, one issue remains a concern: Access to computers to support student research is adequate.

Thirty-eight other university libraries in Australia and New Zealand also conduct this same survey, allowing us to compare our performance. Compared to other university libraries the Monash University Library’s performance is on or above the median in most areas, with the exception of communication, facilities and equipment.
