Online chat help restarts on 31 July

The library’s online chat help service was reintroduced on Monday 31 July. If you have used this service in the past you will notice that it looks a little different as it now makes use of a new software platform that has been customised for Monash University Library users. Use this service to speak to a librarian online and get assistance on a range of queries relating to your assignments, research or information searches. Log in to use the service by selecting the online chat link from our library web pages. We look forward to your participation and feedback on the usability of this service.
