Factiva
At the beginning of August it was announced that Fairfax had signed a contract with Factiva to provide Fairfax newspapers, and that they would no longer be available from Proquest. To ensure that Monash University Library users have continued access to Fairfax newspapers, including the Australian Financial Review and Business Review Weekly online, the library took out a subscription for 10 concurrent users to Factiva.

Factiva provides access to global news and business information, including full text coverage of Australian newspapers, same-day news wires, and company reports. Investment analyst reports, market research reports, country and regional profiles, company profiles, and historical market data are also provided.  Access Factiva from the library databases page.
