Matheson Library open longer for pre-exam cram

Student cramming

Matheson Library will cater for students preparing for exams by opening at 10am instead of 1pm over the three weekends from 24 May to 7 June.

"The Matheson annexe is always open from 10am on weekends, but prior to exams there are a lot more people around and they need access to the whole library," said client services director, Christine Cooze.

Caulfield Library, which began extended opening hours earlier this year, will be open longer than previous years, with students able to use the library from 10am on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

"Caulfield Library changed its hours of opening to be longer and more consistent throughout the academic year because of the rapid growth of the campus," said Caulfield Library manager, Robet Hornett.
