Berwick library plays host to grade 3's and 4's

Fifty-two grade 3 and 4 students from Beaconhills Christian College, Berwick campus, are taking classes in the Berwick Library this fortnight.

The students are part of a group of about 350 primary school students who have temporarily relocated to the Monash University's Berwick campus, while building of their school is completed.

"It's business as usual here, although there certainly has been a lot more reading out loud than normal," quipped Berwick Library Manager, Heather Walker.

Ms Walker said it had been a pleasure to play host to the young students and university students and staff using the library had also been supportive.

Students from Beaconhills Christian College have been located at the Berwick campus since the beginning of the school year and are expected to move into their new buildings in time for the university's Orientation Week.
