Methods for payment:

A card is used to pay for copying and printing. Use either:

  • Monash ID cards; or
  • rechargeable copy card purchased in the library for $2. Please note this is the purchase price of the card, and credit needs to be added to begin using it.

Add credit to the cards at the card cashier machine located in the Matheson Annexe. The machine:

  • accepts coins (10c and higher) and notes of all denominations.
  • does not provide change.

Library staff cannot provide change for the machine.

Users should add value to their card to the limit of expected use of the credits purchased. There is no refund on unused value on a card.

Lost or damaged cards

Please ensure that you have your name on your photocopy card so that it may be returned to you if found in the library. Report damaged cards to the Attendant at the desk near the library exit.
