Listening facilities

• A listening room containing carrels with compact disc, audio cassette players and turntables
• Multimedia rooms for group listening
• Multimedia computers for listening to Monash University Lectures Online
• Portable cassette players and CD players
• Headphones
• An electronic keyboard (Yamaha PPS-790 Portasound Electric Keyboard)

Video and DVD viewing facilities

• Individual workstations for viewing with headphones
• Multimedia rooms for group viewing
• Multimedia computers for viewing DVDs and CDs
• Video and DVD players

Using listening and viewing facilities

• Workstations, multimedia rooms and equipment can be booked for up to 3 hours.
• To book, inquire at the Music and Multimedia Collection loans desk.
• Bookings will be held for 15 minutes. After this time, the booked item will become available to other users.
• Patrons can use the viewing facilities to watch their own videos or DVDs.
