Loans and information desk at Hargrave-Andrew Library

Loans desk

Go to the loans desk located near the library entrance to:

• check out items you wish to borrow
• pick up items you have placed on hold
• inquire about or hand in lost property
• borrow headphones for use with multimedia equipment
• borrow keys to group study rooms

There is a self checking machine near the loans desk. During opening hours borrowed items can be returned through the return chutes on level one in the library foyer. There is an after hours return chute located on the ground level by the main entrance.

Information desk

The information desk, also located near the library entrance, is where you:

• ask questions or get help from library staff

Reserve desk

Go to the reserve desk to:

• borrow high demand items that have been placed in the reserve collection
• return 2-hour loans that have been borrowed from the reserve collection
